Hi!

I am Shaylyn, the current Head of Design at The Messenger (formerly Grid News).  I have over 12 years of experience working in media, focused on creating engaging and adaptable products and experiences. In that time, I have helped launch two startups and over 25 products.

Through this experience, I have learned to work in an incredibly fast paced environment and know what it takes to bring a brand to the next level.

More importantly, I am a dedicated leader who strives to see my team succeed both in their current role and in their careers as a whole. I value a positive and creative environment and believe that good work starts at the top.

When I am not working, I am navigating the wonderful and crazy world of being a new mom and hanging out with my pup, Ollie.
